Intercultural families live across borders and often carry a sense of home in more than one place. What does "home" really mean — and can we create a sense of "home, even in the unfamiliar? This interactive workshop explores how our understanding of home is partly a story we tell ourselves, and how we can consciously begin to shape the narrative and our sense of belonging. Through reflection, journaling, mindfulness, and partner-work, participants will cultivate a grounded, inner sense of home and belonging they can carry into daily life. Participants should bring a notebook and pen to this workshop. This workshop will be held in English.
